We’ve supported companies in bidding for more than 4,000 MW of renewable tenders from central government entities such as SECI, NTPC, NHPC, and SJVN, leading to over 1,500 MW in successful project wins. Our approach combines complex financial modelling with a deep techno-commercial and policy understanding, focusing on areas like solar-wind hybrid, green hydrogen, RTC, and FDRE bids.
In addition to bid advisory, we work with renewable energy companies as Owners’ Engineers, providing design and engineering services, acquisition/sale due diligence, land acquisition, and EPC partnerships. Our expertise also extends to transmission lines, smart meters, and infrastructure projects utilizing models like Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT), or Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT).
Furthermore, we assist RE companies in developing their cell and module manufacturing strategies, with extensive experience across the African continent, including countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Tunisia, and Burkina Faso.
