Mr. Sundeep Saini (Chartered Accountant, Associate Director - Finance)

Mr. Sundeep Saini has over 20 years of experience in finance and planning, debt syndication, funds management, and project control. He is the Associate Member of the ICAI, He has worked extensively on large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects and secured critical project funding, design effective business proposals, and negotiate complex financial deals. Known for his practical approach and strong financial analysis, Sundeep has a track record of delivering sustainable growth and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. His ability to understand and demonstrate the financial models with the Lenders makes him a valuable leader in today’s evolving business landscape.

 

Mr. Vinod Kumar (Head- Design & Engineering)

Mr. Vinod Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with over 35 years of experience in renewable energy project design and electrical engineering, specializing in power systems, substations, and hybrid energy solutions.

At Climate Care, he leads the design and engineering of electrical infrastructure for renewable energy projects, including the development of substation layouts, grid integration strategies, and hybrid system architectures combining solar, wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
 
He is responsible for preparing critical engineering documentation such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Bill of Quantities (BOQs), control and protection schematics, and system layout drawings, ensuring that all designs meet international grid compliance standards (IEEE/IEC) and project-specific technical requirements.
 
With deep expertise in electrical equipment selection, system optimization, and efficiency modelling, Mr. Kumar plays a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and scalable energy solutions. He works closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination from design development through commissioning and project execution.
